I asked chatGPT to compare the two products between ON gold standard 100% whey & GN 100% pure whey. It boils down to pricing for me!

I ordered 6 protein powders and nothing arrived in my email. I contacted them via email, Facebook page and Instagram, but no one responded. They are scammers and fraudsters. I do not advise you to buy them.

Been more than 2 months now since i made my order, where I've asked for a new realistic delivery time, reimbursement twice, and tried to get attention from them by warning them of what laws they're breaking by not answering back on a request for reimbursement/refund by a customer; but no answer.

This is not acceptable and is highly illegal, and I've made a police report, which got accepted with little detail needed, this just shows that other people than me, went through the exact same problem, DO NOT buy from them if you want to go through the same, and maybe never get your money back, you've been warned.

They closed my order and didn’t refund my money!!!

Order paid. However, they claim that they have not received the money. Sent the information about the payment, but no longer responds to contact. Really disappointed to be scammed like this.

I have been ordering from them a few times now, no problem there at all. The delivery time is a bit late but besides that they are decent.

Non existent customer service, no update on my order, still waiting, there is no number to call, even tho they tell you on their website to feel free to call them.

Such a horrible experience, i ordered protein powder and they have taken my money but no product for over a week. Tracking doesn't show anything. They have taken my money and not responding any emails, chats are there is no phone number to contact them

Latest order (GLS shipping) went smooth - and products are as always great. As long as shipping works it’s 5 stars for sure.

Good products BUT their shipping setup is terrible - at least for Sweden. The last two times I ordered the tracking number received was not recognized by the stated shipping company (GLS).

After waiting for weeks I got a letter from a different shipping company (Schenker) that I hadn’t picked up my package. I never received any notices before this and reached out to Gymnordic support several times without getting a response.

It’s a shame. I have been a customer for close to 10 years but next time I will definitely consider buying somewhere else - when you are an online business the shipping part is essential to have under control and they haven’t.

Nice service and extremely fast delivery. The products are good quality for a fair price.

These people know what customer service is. They know whats fair and they have a fast reply-time.
I've been a costumer for YEARS, and the information they provide with most of the products, is very professional.
They will write it, if they don't think the product is for beginners, instead of the opportunity to make a quick sale.

I ordered twice from Gymnordic and I am very happy with my products. The delivery has been super fast both times. This time I ordered on Wednesday, my products were shipped at Thursday and at Friday I received my package. I tried ordering from other websites such as fitnessnord.com- there has been so many mistakes in my orders, I received wrong products, the delivery was very slow, I had to call their customer service two or three times before they would have it right. I am definitely ordering from Gymnordic from now on. Five stars.

I've been ordering from GN for the last 3,5 years and I must say that they never let me down. Great choice of products, good delivery time and pretty good contact with customer support. Once we had an issue with delivery but it was solved the same date so nothing to complain.
