AVOID AVOID AVOID…i ordered a level 5…

AVOID AVOID AVOID…i ordered a level 5 flat box combo kit and it was not delivered on the set date and now they have not refunded me over a week ago.
I now have to get paypal involved to try and get my money back….AVOID….

Hi David, we organised for the goods to be dispatched on the correct date, DHL notified us they "attempted" delivery on the 3rd of April, then again on the 4th of April which was refused upon delivery. We put our trust in the couriers and on occasion they can let us down. In terms of payment issues we can see you disputed the transaction directly through PayPal on the 3rd of April, which can prolong the situation. The money has been sent back, furthermore we do apologise for your recent experience.

Attention

Hi , it’s been a while since I received my goods , I’d ordered 3 items.
X2trowels
X1 bucket trowel

Unfortunately I only received the nela steel trowel and the Refina bucket trowel for some reason, the missing item is a super flex plastering trowel. I have the pictured email so can clarify the photographed box left on delivery

Ordered handle and 2 boxes

Ordered handle and 2 boxes! 7inch box was not delivered and no info was given to me, after i emailed they said it was broken and will send it next week, still no box. No info or reply after 3 emails.

Awful delivery service

Ordered a nela flex trowel on 27/12, paid next day delivery of £8+, I understand that over Christmas might have a delay but only received my item on 10/1,DHL’s communication has been shocking, had emails since 6/1 say the driver will deliver today, tracking email never worked, Then the day I hear nothing, I randomly call in the shop ( collection point) to see if they know anything, they claim it came in today (10/1)
