Ease of ordering and the delivery service was excellent told us exactly what was going on and it came with a VAT receipt as we are a Company?

I ordered a level5 set arrived new but the quality was very bad, I tried to work with it, but these tools left scratches and were very hard to use. When I tried to return them back they said that not accept used items, even if I used them for a bit. Doesn't matter if it is broken or not, do the job properly or not, they do not accept it. After a long talk with them (a few months) they agreed to take the non-used ones back, but gave less than the cost of the items, and explained that the price increased since I bought the tools. Ok, I sent the non-used back and when the items arrived at their depo, they said that 1 item was used and they could not refund me for that specific item. Ok, I had asked you to send it back to me,(maybe by mistake I sent the used one), but when I received the item back it was completely dirty, with no label at all it looks like it was used for 1 year. I contacted them again but again they said that just I sent the item back to them and they do not have where to get used items, and this is my item. But I know how was my item, it was used for a few minutes just. So, I do not recommend this company, even if you want to order these items you can order from Amazon, where this company sells as well, (but you can easily return the items easy back)

DHL Delivery service is shocking. They made me go back to the store where I have asked to be delivered three times to check. I asked DHL to do more investigation their and and they have said sorry there are asking their driver to go back with the item. Do really they just lied. So not sure how good my item is as I don’t know when I’ll receive it.
