Shocking non-existant return policy for damaged goods
Absolutely appalling; and they clearly prepare themselves for bad reviews and for potential problems.
I ordered a 110 x 110 glass coffee table (62 kgs) which the ONE delivery guy left in my hallway, still on it's tiber frame and all wrapped in cardboard and plastic, so absolutely IMPOSSIBLE for one person on her own to look at it before he hurried off.
The next day I paid 2 locals to carry it up the one flight of stairs and unpack it - only to find a big chip on the bottom part, and small chips on the edge. Conveniently for them, they have a big sign that says if you accept the item there is NO REFUND. So I am left with a second-hand chipped table.
I have had deliveries from 9 separate companies as I have just moved house. Every other company was honest, honorable, reliable, and on the ONE occasion I had a problem, it was dealt with professionally and with an elegance. Customer service at this company is a joke - rude, dismissive and for the most part, impossible to get in touch with.
DO NOT BUY - or if you do MAKE SURE you unpack it and DO NOT let the delivery guy go. I had no choice as a non-French speaking person on my own. Huge waste of hundreds of euros. If I could give them a minus 10 I would
