This company used to be excellent. We have spent thousands of pounds with them over the last 5 years. Now they just take your money and never deliver the products. They currently owe us 500€ and refuse to answer our emails. BEWARE!

Purchase not delivered, nor promised refund :(
Purchase not delivered, promised refund NEVER paid back. On puchase price, spent 50% extra in legal fees, involved EECMT-1917 and ECC France. Habitat ignored us all and I have personally lost 500 euro :(

Unprofessional workers but professional liers
The customer center is absolutely unprofessional and lies to people. They told me that the goods were ready to be shipped and instead 10 days later they write to me that only now it is being prepared. And all of this 1 month after the ordering and promises that it would be delivered within 7 working days.

Dont buy stuff off this company
worst online experience ever. Please do not buy off this company. I bought a garden cabinet. The delivery service did not deliver on the day, so I have taken the day off for nothing.
It was very difficult to book a further delivery and when I did so, they have then delivered another day and only caught me by chance.
I was then unaware that would have they missed me, I might have been liable to pay for re-delivery.
Worst of everything, the item was damaged, please see pictures attached. As I had mounted the cabinet, which is extremely frail and not sturdy at all, I was then shocked that they could not deliver just the missing part (the small door on top of the cabinet which is extractable) but they had to re-deliver the whole frontal piece which would have meant having to dismantle the cabinet again, with a risk of breaking it , send it back and wait for another one and then re-assemble it.
So I have just asked for the small door which they said they could not send .
Then I have glued the piece myself which I thought it would have been a much less-hassle measure to take. I again asked for a refund rather than deliver of 30% of the cost.
They then offer only a 10 % discount (paid £153 ) .
Please buy these products in UK. Buying them off these companies is just an hassle and disappointment. Unlike most UK companies, they don't even address properly their mistakes.

I can't give 0 stars - i would have
The single worst online buying experience and customer service i have ever experienced.
I ordered through UK site Mano Mano and item delivered in a decent timeframe, unfortunately parts were wrong within the order.
1 month later and i have had replacement parts sent and these were also incorrect, H&J require photographs of all issues and faults otherwise they ignore your requests for refund, i have still not had items picked up even though promising collection date, the service is awful, there should be a full refund and items shipped back no questions asked, they even say items need to be delivered in original boxes, they have quoted 2 boxes for pick up when i have told them a number of times there are 3 boxes.
Please do not buy through this company via the UK ,the experience is quite stressful should they get your order wrong. i will also be filling a complaint with Mano Mano who seem to accept zero responsibility
