i paid for next-day delivery but received this amazing product no salt keratin mask. product to remember I got it only on this website . call aftercare keratine hair treatment.

I placed an order in the end of March, which I never received actually. I've been trying ever since to get in touch with the company but neither via email nor through phone can I reach out to them. I demanded my money back via email but I haven't received any reply yet. Be aware people, it's a scam!

I ordered and paid extra to have it delivered next day-and I've been waiting for three days. I emailed asking for a refund for the extra I paid for the next day delivery and got no response. I rang up and was told they would try to get it to me- by tomorrow! Avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered hair dye 2 weeks ago. Order arrived and they were completely the wrong colour. Rang and spoke to a man who said could I use the colour they sent instead! I was shocked at what he said! He said he would look in the warehouse to see if the correct colour available.. still no reply! I have sent 3 emails and no response.. will never purchase from these again they have no clue as to what they are selling or customer service!! Disgusting!!

I order from this website hair colour maxima 6.46 it’s arrived in good times this morning I will use them again

Quick and easy ordering & delivery even during COVID-19 measures. Initial pot delivery was damaged and this was quickly replaced in another delivery.
Great product does exactly what it needs to .. great for sensitive skin

I ordered some hair colour, which when arrived one tube was totally the wrong colour. I have emailed asking for the correct colour to be sent out but have received nothing in reply.

A lesson learned - I WON'T order from them again!!

Disgusting, never order goods here, you will be deceived neither goods, no money I have not received back, I will contact the trading service and the police for fraud. ZERO STAR

i bought bleach powder and it was not packaged securely and it was spilled all into the envelope so couldnt use it
ive emailed them numerous times and rang them. The man who answers i think hes called felix can hardly speak a word of english and fobs you off with excuses

I ordered some hair color from this website 3 weeks ago and I have not received anything.
I got an email confirming that the order has been shipped, but no tracking number was provided.
The emails are not being replied to, and every time I call, the person who answers the phone always says that he is in the warehouse, not in from of the computer. Despite the fact that he can never check the system, if I give him the order number, he knows for a fact that the order has been sent and I would expect it on the day (same lie every time I call)
I should have read these reviews before ordering from this website. Now I will have to struggle to get my money back from the credit card company, however, I doubt I will be very successful as it is under £100
I did mention these reviews to the person who answers the phone, and he said that the reviews are not his business....
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING

Has anyone had trouble getting a refund from them have emailed and phoned no success

Placed a £26 order on 20th May, received a dispatched email on 21st May advising that my goods will be with me within 2 days. It’s now 1st June and I’ve received nothing! I’ve read through the reviews on here and guess I have to accept that I have been ripped off. I have emailed Hair Dye Color asking for a refund but won’t hold my breath. Avoid this company at all costs.

They deserve no stars , now had my money for 8 weeks , only part delivered order , no amount of phoning or emails make any difference , they just lie when they tell me yes they will refund or send the products .THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE CHARLETANS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU MAY NEVER SEE ANY PRODUCTS AND WILL JUST LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Ordered on May 3rd, got dispatch notice the day after but nothing arrived, emailed to ask for details got told is on his way.Still nothing arrived. Emailed again to be told that stock is arriving Friday so I would receive on Saturday so obviously it wasn't on 'his' way before. Still nothing, emailed again to be told is on 'his' way. It's now been 3 weeks. AVOID this company at all costs!!!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Half the order arrived over 2 weeks late and very slow one lines responses to emails saying 'order with courier' when it very obviously was not. Do not deal with this company....they are an absolute shambles.
