don't ever make the mistake to order from this website. The order was never delivered and a guy who can barely speak english is answering the emails saying that the delivery is on "his" way for a month! no option for tracking number. not sure how these people are allowed to run a service. I had a bad experience buying hair dye colour on this website. I spent money and time to get my product but it was useless. I am very disappointed. It has been almost two months I even got the tracking number, no one answer my email and calls. I don't know how to get my money back 164 euros!!!
