My husband and I travelled to Mecca and Madinah in Feb 2025. The whole trip was excellent; great hotels and the leader was always helpful and available. It was a fantastic trip and would highly recommend.

We recently returned from our first Umrah which we booked via Haj & Umra Travel Ltd. The company was recommended to us and we were absolutely delighted with the service we received. We started in Madinah and ended in Makkah. Our hotels in both locations were exceptional, both within a very short walking distance to the sacred mosques. We couldn't have asked for better! Our guide, Mr El-Abassy was wonderful. Highly knowledgable and addressed all queries and concerns promptly. We honestly had the most incredible experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haj & Umra Travel to others. In Shaa Allāh, we would love to return for Umrah again in the future and will certainly be booking with them. Jazak'Allāhu Khairan to the Haj & Umra Team for your great service.

Akbar created a great package..as we were not fussed about the hotel states as only came to sleep and the beds were fine

This was our second Umrah with hajj and umrah travel. Alhamdulillah once again a fantastic experience, way over and above standard service! I took 25 members of my family and we all loved it!

Mr Ali and his staff at Hajj & Umrah Travel were very helpful and answered all my queries as I was travelling for the first time to Madina & Makkah.

Whilst in Madina and Makkah, our guide provided splendid information, and the tour for Zayyarats was very good with full guidance and prayers. The hotel accommodation and food were really good.

I highly recommend Hajj & Umrah Travel and will definitely use them again when I travel next year or in the future.

Right from the beginning the process was so smooth of booking and very efficient and prompt. It was difficult for me in my busy Doctor's life to do arrangements. It was all fantastic from the selection of airline to very nice 5* hotel accomodations in Makkah & Madinah very near to Harams. I have done 2 Hajjs with them in 1999 & 2009 and few Umra both group tour and also tailored made and found them very honest and I am highly satisfied customers. I did my Umra January 19th 2023 to January 29th with Haj & Umra. I am very happy with them. It was very good organised.

We went to Umrah with Hajj and Umrah group. We stayed few days longer than the rest of the group. The hotel in Madinah was ok but their services were not great. In Makkah the hotel was very good, clean and well organized. Our guide the Sheikh Abbasy was very informative and inspiring mashallah, May Allah grant him health and long life. This year Umrah was very busy and more like Hajj time. Also we got the Zamzam water on way back as well. Overall very enjoyable and spiritualy very rewarding experience, alhamdolilah

I have been travelling by H&U since 2017alone. My very recent trip was on the 10th of February 2023 for 1 wk.My experience has always been excellent. They provide what they say. The choice of hotels is excellent just 5 minutes walk to haram. The guide is excellent with a wealth of knowledge, good sense of humor very calm and approachable which makes the trip more interesting and enjoyable.I would very highly recommend H&U to other people. Ziyara trip in both places were interesting.My Umrah trips on the whole are always enjoyable and very knowledgable and I am very happy with their arrangements, they are the best . May Allah always bless them protect them all the way through Ameen.

We have been travelling by Haj &Umra travel since 2011. Our recent Umrah trip was well organised. The help of Sheikh Abbassy as our local contact through out in Makkah and Madina was a great blessing of Allah Subhan wa taala. He was with us during all our travel and Ziarah.
The choice of Airline local hotels and coaches was excellent.
We all as group had an excellent experience.

Booking was done within days.Very efficient.
The hotels were comfortable and within walking distance from the masjids.
Our Sheikh was very knowledgeable and kind.
Totally lovely experience.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to go to Hajj or Umrah. Everything was so well organised and easy, from the booking, to the hotels, the zariyah, and the sheikh who guided us. This was my first time going I am aged 31 and was travelling alone. The company told others in the group about me and they looked for me in the airport to support me. They organised everything I had nothing to worry about when I got there, alhumdullilah I was able to pray and just concentrate on my Umrah. The hotels were so beautiful and so convenient, just a 2 mins walk from the Kaaba and mosque. Anytime I was not sure about anything, Amin was always on the other side of the phone willing to help. Nothing was ever too much for him.

We went for umrah recently (Jan 2022). All was very well-organised alhamdulillah. Shaikh Al-Abasy was kind, approachable, knowledgeable and pleasant, and the transport and accommodation were excellent alhamdulillah. Hotels (Frontel al-Harithia in Madinah; Conrad Jabal Omar in Makkah) were right next to the haram. May Allah increase them in good.

Alhumdullilah it was well organised, smooth and straight forward, no issues at any point. Sheikh Abbasi was exceptionally caring,supportive and welcoming. Looking forwards to have another Umrah trip and tour with Sheikh Abbasi In Shaa Allah.
