The Worst Bank In North Macedonia / Second Review: It Just Gets Worse
Over the years I have used six banks in this country, which is roughly half of them.
Without a doubt Halkbank is the worst by a massive margin.
Halkbank operates with a complete and utter disregard for customer service, despite their tagline being “People Matter”.
Despite Halkbank listing its corporate values as: customer-oriented, security/trust, integrity/ transparency and innovation and personalisation, none are displayed by a single member of staff.
Having constantly been let down by the following individuals and teams….
- Main office branch manager: Enver Ramadani
- Customer Service Quality Improvement Department
- “Senior” Operations Managers
- Macedonian Head Office
- Customer “Support” Team
- Marketing Team
- Flagship/main branch
….how does this “bank” continue with a National Bank license? Words totally fail me.
