Wow what a surprise took my deposit and then no sign of any service from that point on. Noticed that my furniture had arrived with them using their online tracking. When I phoned to arrange delivery today I was promised a callback within 5 minutes. Guess what waited in all day and no return call. It would seem once they have your deposit service goes out the window. I will phone again tomorrow to try to find out what the problem is. Maybe Neil Richardson, Managing Director will read this and take action.
