I ordered a Minnie Mouse Toy Box for my daughter as a Christmas present. Upon opening it on day and her subsequently wanting me to build it up for her we discovered that one of the side panels and all the bolts required to put it all together were missing. They said they couldn't send me the missing parts and in fairness gave me a full refund, but I was still rather disappointed because my daughter still doesn't have a toy box. I for one won't be ordering from this company again.

Lovely product but def takes two people to assemble. The instructions are not very good at all. Need to be far more detailed and in colour to help you work out what goes where. Completed item is great though and good value for money.

I have bought the DollHouse bed and it is even more beautiful than it looks in the images. My daughter absolutely loves it and she doesn't want to sleep in my bed anymore :) The only problem is that I want to sleep there too but I am too heavy... :) I have first ordered a bed for me in a shop near my house, and Happy Kiddies' bed arrived earlier than mine from UK to Portugal! Just amazing!

Ordered a double Decker super slide on a 3-5 day delivery, very easy site to navigate and clear instructions. Slide turned up less thank 48 hours after order!! Very good service albeit an unexpected early delivery. No complaints!

Ordered a product and on the Monday received an email informing me the item had been despatched. Given the estimated delivery on the website was expecting it on the Tuesday. Instead received an email on the Wednesday to tell me they didn't have the product and had refunded the money.

Quite disappointed in lack of apology and poor communication

Kitchen ordered. One day, delivered next day, handles missing, after phone call, delivered next day, one very very happy great granddaughter. Super service, thank you very much
