I have made my order 1 week ago, paid for the shipping charges to have my socks delivered in 2-3 days and I’m still waiting, once I paid I realized there could be delays on the delivery , it should have been mentioned before you pay, I want to express my complete dissatisfaction, it’s a present for a workmate , we celebrate Secret Santa on Thursday and I have no gift for my workmate! I will not buy any more on happy socks

Awful amount of time for delivery. I’ve made an order on Nov 27th. Only shipped on Dec 1st. Today is Dec 17th and pack is still in transit…this was supposed to be a 4-8 day delivery within Europe. I’m unhappy, should have gone to the store instead of buying online.
I placed my order for a socks advent calendar on 26th Nov and was told it would take 4-6 days to arrive. Customer service has been shocking and have just received an email on 17th December saying that I need to pick it up at another address - there was no attempt to deliver it directly to me. I would not purchase from this company again.

No news since I placed my order on Nov 27th. 15 days later my socks have not yet been shipped, when 5 to 6 days for delivery to France are given in the trade coditions.
Contact chanel is weak, only a robot behind the Tchat. Tchat ask for a five digit order nbr, order confirmation gives 6 digits !
Don't hesitate to buy somewhere eather.

Bad service. Order never came in. Personal over chat tells you different things. One said the order would come in shortly and I would just have to wait, the other said it was already delivered and I should check my neigbours if they have it. Now I have no money and no socks

Four days after initial order, I got an email my parcel had not even been processed yet. Now, 10 days after order I still have not received my parcel.. Disappointed to say the least.

As the delivery this time of year is really bad plus all the reviews, I decided to visit the store in Covent Garden. I bought some for friends, but as I’m not sure which one they like so bought extras, thinking I can return if change my mind—since my understanding is that Happy Socks have 30 days return policy. But NO, that’s only for online order, not in-store!
While I should have double checked, but as this is an important and confusing information—different policy based on buying channels—customers should be made aware of BEFORE making the purchase, not an afterthought on the receipt (how does that help since I already paid by that point?).
Also having different return policy online and in-store is really confusing! I might lack the insights but I don’t see why I can’t return the socks if they are unopened.
While I like the socks design, the buying experience make me feel cheated. This is my first time buying and it leaves really bad impression…

Long delivery times and terrible customer service. Package didn't arrive after 10 working days and I was told to wait another 5 before anything could be done. Customer service was poor, they are not interested in helping and just repeat standard messages. I wouldn't buy direct from here, I would use a UK stockist.

The socks ordered from the internet come from the Netherlands.
If you place an order over £135 - you will be charged import & customs duty by the delivery company.
This was £70 for me. If you decline delivery, then HappySocks will charge you £50 admin fees!
This is not written clearly at checkout or on the confirmation order as per their customer services.
You have to click on something called “currency and fees” on their terms and conditions in the website to find this information.
ITS NOT CLEAR FOR CUSTOMERS AT ALL - BUYER BEWARE

I've ordered socks on 27/11/2022 as a present from the Saint (6/12/2022) i'm still waiting the delivery ... To late ...
I have still not had these socks it has been a month
5 star in the past but quality has dropped tremendously and I no longer want to buy from them. Sorry

This is a follow-up review to my 'one-star' review of last month. Credit where credit is due. I still think the company's no-return policy is draconian, and it isn't made known to the customers before their purchase, but I have received an email and a phone call from the UK area manager who was kind, patient, and helpful. I also received a refund.
My package did not arrive, on tracking it says it has but it has not.
I got the best help and after checking everything a refund and discount voucher so I am a very happy client. 😊
