so, the money was worth! i am happy with everything, it is only that the delivery time was more than what was initially advertised and because of that i was not present to take the delivery. This caused a little delay to give it to someone who was expecting a birthday gift. So please improve upon delivery times.
I’ve now been waiting for SIX weeks for this order and can get no information on where the deliver is. Start to feel like I’ve just been ripped off for over $100 AUD.
EDIT - Have received the refund.
Horrible Website.
There is absolutely no customer service. We ahve been waiting on our order for the last 10 days. There is no one we can check on a order.
Ordered some Beatles socks last week and I am very happy and satisfied.
The costumer service was great.
Will definitely return.
5/5
Ordered in Switzerland on the .ch domain website. There was no comment that the shipment would come from abroad. This resulted in customs costs of 20 CHF for 4 pair of socks! Would not have ordered, if I had known!
Sad, cause I like the socks.
I got a pair of Monty Python socks for Christmas that were bought at the Portsmouth store. All of them had holes in so I emailed asking for a replacement only to be told to go back to store and they couldn’t send new ones. I explained I lived 40 miles away and could they send more through the post and they said no! Awful customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THE STORE IF YOU'RE NOT LOCAL TO IT!

I do love Happy Socks but I would never buy anything anymore from the Happy Socks online store. I (customer from Germany) thought I order from Germany. But no, the order comes from Sweden, which wouldn't be a problem unless you have an issue. I ordered the wrong size and wanted to return or replace the socks. You do can return the socks, but you have to return it on your own cost back to SWEDEN. It would cost me 10 EUR to send it back.

Your package never arrives, 2 times in a row. They just cant fulfill their orders.

I ordered some socks from Happy Socks on 28th November as a Christmas present for someone in my family. They said they had shipped them 4 days after I had ordered them. But It's now the beginning of January and we still haven't received them.
I emailed the company back in mid December but I haven't heard back.
Very frustrated over here!
EDIT:
They have just been delivered but NOT within 4-6 business days. They were ordered on 28th November and so have taken nearly a month and a half to get here. They were meant to be a Christmas present so massively missed the deadline! They were definitely not delivered within 4-6 business days as you have stated in your response.

EDITED TO ADD: Shortly after leaving this review I received a full refund from Happy Socks - a very swift response to a message over social media. I am happy with the ultimate outcome
I used to be a big fan of Happy Socks .... but that was before I placed my latest order. The order shipped quickly on 5th December but it still hasn't arrived. The tracking information on the courier's website hasn't been updated since 9th December. Happy Socks provide a chatbot to try and resolve issues but it was incapable of understanding, so I am still out of pocket without the goods I ordered. The shipping issues are undoubtedly largely a consequence of Brexit but unfortunately my experience means I will not be returning to them as a direct customer in the future.

I didn't receive my pack that I ordered in november. order number: 137332

Be advised that the DHL shipping is finished with USPS. No option to deliver to a PO Box which is very confusing when USPS is finishing the delivery. My area does not offer home delivery through the USPS, which is why we have a PO Box. When forced to make the delivery address at home, maybe making sure the package will arrive would be a good idea in your system? Or maybe use a delivery service that doesn’t partner when I’m paying for it to be delivered to my home? Either way, the “fruit socks” that my 3 year old wanted from Santa are being kicked back to the company as “non-deliverable”, because this companies lousy delivery choices.

Ordered 12/4, never got a confirmation even though customer service said it was sent 12/5. 2 requests for follow up have not been responded to, at this point I have no confidence my gifts will be here for Christmas.
