On your anniversary weekend I had purchased a packaged deal for the garden, was unable to find it in the shop so bought it online, only to wait 5 days, receive the other item I purchased with only a comment on the invoice “udgået”, yet the same item was amazingly in-stock…but 250kr more.
Please stick to your word in future and not false promises

Defect material(fishing pants)
I'm very dissapointed about how they handled my problem.
Over two years ago I bought a pair of fishing pants(DAM). I wore them few times since - wish I should have more time for fishing...
I decided to wash them(so, first time), and after, I saw the material cracked, exploded.
Today I was at H.N. Silkeborg(from where I bought them), to return the defect product - it's not normal at the first wash to happend something like this.
On the shadow of beeing bought over two years, they refused to refund my money.
Even though it is very clear that I didn't used them much - you can see if a pair of pants are worn by looking at bottom of the leg(heel area) and pockets.
Yes, maybe they have small prices but think twice before you buy something from Harald Nyborg.
