Two issues, timeliness and quality
Two issues. First was order was delayed by a month. Website claims in stock but they were not. Second relates to the quality of the products. A lot to be desired. I ordered three brass doorstops. The screws supplied snapped very easily. If you read this review - avoid, go elsewhere.

Order placed for door handles 20th November, no updates, no replies to emails and no way to contact by phone. Very poor customer service and I would not use them again (still don't have the order!!!)

After being let down by another supplier I ordered with H&H, I was a bit apprehensive they’d have the stock and be able to supply because of Covid, not only did they deliver when they said they would but the item I needed was cheaper as well.
