Have used Hardware and Handles a couple of times now, delivery is always fast and products are spot-on, It's great being able to find somewhere that sells awkward size door hardware that is hard to find elsewhere. Had to smile at the little bag of sweets with my second order. Communication is excellent too

Awful customer service, wanting to return door handle. First you have to wait for them to give you a reference number after you fill out a form online. I have submitted 2 forms & still waiting for my reference number. Noone is responding to me. Phone number doesn't work - it all feels like a scam company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
