We pride ourselves on our quick delivery service - as many other reviews will testify - on this occasion our supplier didn't let us know they had additional lead time on your cabin hooks.
When they did arrive to us we got them out the very next day. Your feedback regarding the screws has been passed to our technical team.

Items arrived well packaged
Items arrived well packaged, but not all items were in stock so had 2 deliveries 3 days apart.. This was highlighted on the invoice when items arrived but not at the time the order was processed. Would use again as prices were competitive.

We always endeavour to get orders out in one delivery, though we will prioritise speed of delivery as it's what customers tell us is really important to them . Your order contained a mixture of products from two brands, which came into us separately, hence the two deliveries.
We appreciate your feedback and are working on a better way to communicate to our customers if this is going to happen.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience and are looking to add options to checkout to select if customers would prefer multiple deliveries or wait for full order in one go.

Excellent quality solid handles which complement our new kitchen perfectly. Very reasonable and competitive price. Easy to order. Arrived on time and extremely well packaged.
