Email ignored - again
I had a problem, sent an email, and 3 months later am still waiting a response.
After posting this review, I had a reply on 24 July asking me what the problem was. I found the email I had sent -in fact, two - and resent them - but am still awaiting a response. Hnce now only 1 star. It appears to me as if teh company are more focused on responding to Trustpilot remarks on theat site than they are to dealing properly with customers.

Poor customer service
First and last time I will purchase from them. The product was sent out quickly. However I had an issue and contacted customer service but they do not even bother to respond to emails. I would suggest using another company rather than this one. I have had better customer service with other similar onine shops. A waste of money and I regret buying from them as I was originally going to buy from another online retailer.

Would definitely not recommend, go to Bondara instead.
I ordered a dress and pair of gloves from harmony in May, but they didn’t fit so I sent them back- have provided a receipt and everything. Trying to get a refund is like drawing blood from a stone, no one has emailed me back to process the refund even though I have provided a receipt of the return and they replied with ‘where do you think you have returned the parcel? From Maxine.’ You were the ones who provided the QR code, as a consumer I don’t know where you’re warehouse is based. If there is an issue on royal Mail’s end that is not my fault and it shouldn’t be put on to the consumer. It should be investigated with them. I paid via Klarna and they’re also useless trying to get a refund. Will definitely tell my followers to shop at Bondara instead, never had these issues with them and this was my first ever order with harmony- first impressions count.

No idea why I did not receive the order confirmation nor the dispatched email this time, luckily I have jot down the order number before leaving the page so I was able to confirm it with the customer service.
