I ordered a 60 ml spray which is almost overdue
I ordered a 60 ml spray, and they sent me a spray that expires in 2 months!
In addition to the review, I want to express my gratitude for solving the problem, we agreed that they would send me a new product and return the money!
For attentiveness and such great respect for customers, I put 5 stars and in the future I will order goods only in this store! Thank you.

I was sold a good not as described and too large for me. I offered to return but Harmony’s refusing to collect or process a refund.

We have looked into this for you and we can confirm that the item you purchased is as described, this has also been discussed with you via email.
We understand that the item is not to your liking and as result of this, you would like to return it. We have advised that unfortunately as the item has been used and is not faulty, we will not be allowing this item back.
Items that have been used are not allowed to be returned, due to the nature of the items. Once the hygiene seal has been broken this is not something we allow and it is also stated on our website.

Never received my tracking number and my product. I understand I have to pay for the product to enter my country, however I have not received any mails/letters regarding this.
