I paid for but did not receive the goods and had to get on to my bank to get a refund in August 2021. Now (November 2022) they are still sending e-mails, this time offering discounts etc. I do not recommend this company.
I bought a collar and some clothes for my dogs and their customer service was excellent, they helped me by email and WhatsApp and even helped me choose the best options for the size and type of dogs I have.
During Covid, they had some delivery delays but one of our orders was delivered by one of the guys working in the company, he brought it himself.
The quality of the collars is better than expected and some of my friends have now bought from them too.

Buy from China send cheap items, not what’s advertised answer WhatsApp until you have an issue then ignore and don’t read messages and do not refund.
No delivery of goods, no contact, they just take your money and do nothing, Barclaycard hopefully sorting it out, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
