Easily put together very well packed and good quality. Had Hartman products before and they stand the test of time. The only slight gripe is that the plastic caps for the bolts don't stay on very well ( nothing that a dab of super glue won't sort )

Excellent quality delivered quickly fairly easy to assemble. The instructions could have been more easily available when unpacking. These were the last things I unpacked

The quality of finish for the Hartman Crucible Games Table is second to none and provides seating for six comfortably when used as a dining table.

It proved absolutely impossible to buy covers for our beautiful new furniture. The retailer did their best but commented that dealing with Hartmans on such an issue was historically difficult. We called Hartmans directly. They were pleasant but could not help and referred us back to our supplier. Availability of covers for their own products should be bread and butter for Hartman. Their performance was very disappointing.

Received the Berkeley Round Table and 4 Chairs with Parasol. Looks great and was very well packed.

A little difficult to assemble the table, the one hour advised in the instructions is possibly ok for a young person with a lot of energy but it took me a lot longer to put it all together ,but once done it is a sturdy construction and I am very pleased with the whole set

I had a Hartman Jamie Oliver garden set for many many years and was very impressed by the quality.Based on this experience whilst the NEW Hartman product I was looking at seemed expensive I went ahead and made the purchase.I bought a Hartman bistro set and was surprised upon delivery that it required assembly. My Jamie Oliver set was what I would call cast and each piece is a single piece and not held together by bolts or screws.I went ahead and started to assemble it and was disappointed with the misalignment of some pieces.I was also concerned that the exposed screw/bolt heads may rust so was relieved that at least they came with a pop on plastic cover that pops over the head.This relief was short lived as no matter how I tried the cover pops off under its own steam after only a few minutes.I emailed Hartman about this twice without response. Having assembled the complete set(minus the plastic fixture covers) I must say that the set looks like it is a self assembled set of two seats with foot rests and a small table.For what was the best part of £1000 I really expected a nicer product and better customer service.

Garden furniture arrived as specified, fast delivery. Very good communication with the seller. Chairs in one piece, table had to be assembled but this was easy. Good quality cushions provided too. Really pleased with the product!
