I paid for premium service. Asked for support and never got support. I sent on requests and would get a repeated email telling me how hashtags work but it never helped. I spent months contacting them and have proof from the emails. I sent them the proof and they say they can’t read the emails. Why would I want to work with you now? But they will not refund my money.

This is honestly a useless service. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone could find it even remotely helpful. It’s basically a search engine for hashtags, but Instagram itself is a search engine for hashtags! As soon as you start typing in your hashtag under a photo, Instagram shows you which tags are most popular. The only “useful” thing that this website has is that it tells you to use smaller hashtags that aren’t as popular so that you’re part of a smaller poop, which is not only common sense but also a simple google search for “how to use hashtags” will tell you the same info. Save your money, just read articles or watch YouTube videos on how to grow your instagram and use hashtags. I found that to be a lot more helpful than this website.

It's not what I wanted, They mentioned they will help you to find the right hashtags. I already lost lots of engagement I had. I used what I searched in their system and I got only 400 views on a post(I used to get 1.2k to 5k views per post) I do not blame on them completely since the IG algorithm also have issues.
Recommendation :
1)Please give a set of hashtags as recommended hashtags based on a account (That can help a lot)

2)Please refund me as you said I have 14 days trial.

Update: They sent me the refund and the customer service is very good. If they cannot help you, they will certainly refund you back. They are NOT scam but it was not a right choice for me(Personally )

Even though I didn’t see progress for me they still gave money back

Continued to take money from my account weekly and have had no responses to emails or refund requests. Company is a scam through and through and will abuse your card details! Have reported to my bank! Do NOT trust them, I repeat DO NOT trust this company with your bank details. I’ve had months of hassle.

Update: After leaving this review I was contacted and eventually a refund was provided for the transactions that were wrongfully taken from my account.

I initially had an issue with trying to process a refund/cancel the subscription as the platform did not suit my needs. After submitting a form on their website and contacting the company directly/leaving a review, Cassandra the Manager of customer support was able to process a refund and offer an apology for the delay. Nevertheless, I was kindly dealt with and the matter was executed to a high level of professionalism. I received a refund and was asked if I needed any more assistant. Their customer service excelled beyond expectation when they realised I was having difficulties trying to contact them. Thank you again.

I've been in customer service for a long time. And, let me tell you; it's not how you start; it's how you finish. Issues happen but its how it is handled and made RIGHT. Cassandra, at HTFL, has made it right. Cassandra was prompt in response, sincere, thorough, and an absolute professional. Cassandra has turned in the refund for both the initial payment and the one still processing now. This means A LOT to me as a consumer and gives me confidence that if I come back to HTFL, I will be taken care of.

Good service, and they kept their words.

The service does what it advertises it will do, and customer service did amend the issue I had, everyone can sip up sometimes, what you want is a company that can accept the mistake and rectify it.

Ok platform, not for me.
I feel like the way the site markets the service they're offering is kinda vague, I signed up honestly thinking it would be a different service from what it is. It took me all of 1 hour to deactivate my account and request a refund but nobody got back to me regarding that. Just an email stating I could use my membership until the end of the month (eventhough I didn't want it)

Honestly it's not the end of the world, it was maybe like £12 I've lost out on, it's probably partially my own fault for going out on a limb without doing my usual research into a company!

Had a miscommunication issue with them (on my part) but the customer service was excellent when I reached out. Unfortunately, it was not the service for me as I preferred to go down a different route to gain exposure, however, if hashtags are for you then I doubt that they will disappoint.

UPDATE - the support contacted me; obviously they didn't get any of my emails and now they are solving the problem (in case any of you experienced a similar problem). They refunded my money and offered me a free membership because of my troubles and a bad experience with their service, so I will deffinitely give them another shot. Regarding the analyzer, it's working now. I'm satisfied with the fast reaction of their support and with their problem solving; I was convienced that no one will reply to my review or emails, but seems that this company cares about their name and satisfaction of their customers after all, and I believe that is the one of the most important features a service can have.

And yes, It is legit, it's not a scam, and, for those who are not familiar with it, it won't compromise your account (and you're not giving away your password).

I give a 4 stars review because I still need to explore this service and it's functionality, possibilities and how it reflects on my profile/engagement etc. in order to give 5.
