Despite the mail strike, the item arrived on time

I have tried to make contact regarding the order I made nearly 3 weeks ago. Nobody has been back to me. The tracking doesn't work and there is no sign of my order as of yet. Not impressed.

I've read a lot of bad reviews on this seller for non response and non delivery but in my case they did respond when I sent an email chasing the order and just as well I did because the order had some technical problem with system. They sorted that quickly and the goods arrived about 3 weeks later.

Still waiting for my parcel from 5dec!!! And no answer from hashtechguy!!!

Item arrived as described, posted promptly arrived slightly late but that was due to the postal strike.

The delivery was exceptionally slow. The goods were shipped on 22 November but I did not receive it until 17th December as the first attempted delivery was 7 Dec then because it was simply a signed for rather than a priority service I could not get priority re-delivery slots. Whilst there were Royal Mail strikes I would have received it a lot sooner had they chosen a more appropriate delivery method for a high value item (£250 plus). I ended up queuing at the post office in the snow twice and spending 40 minutes on the phone to the post office to find out what was going on. Finally got it the third time of queuing - I know all the post office staff well now!

I have received my order a bit later, but I was warned by Hashtechguy that it might be the case during busy Christmas time.
Very happy with the order. It arrived exactly as described. No regrets so far.
The only comment I could add that company could improve responding to costumer queries. Especially when most of them are worried of being scammed due to very late deliveries, which is experienced nationwide

This is definitely a scam! No replies from there customer service email or what's app from how to contact them. PLEASE READ OTHER SIMILAR REVIEWS- DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a switch oled for my son for Xmas £280, still waiting for it. Impossible to contact the company. They don’t reply to messages or emails. I wouldn’t recommend at all

I still haven’t had confirmation that my order has been dispatched and whilst I appreciate the timescales for delivery and the delays with Royal Mail I am of course anxious my item won’t arrive in time for Xmas. I have tried to contact your company and had no response

only thing I've got is an email receipt. no product, no expected delivery date, no dispatch date. emailed them no response, what's apped them no response. but it finally arrived just in time for xmas

I still haven't received my order and getting no response when trying to find out where it is.

Think this is scam beware

Very long delivery time which may be caused by Royal Mail strike but we still have not received the package. I wrote to Hastechguy but I still haven't received any reply after many days...So I am not impressed with the service.

Paid for item over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. It's impossible to contact them. I have now received an email asking for a review on their service and delivery, for a product they haven't sent. The only contact number is for them is a Hong Kong number. Now going to have a struggle to get £119.00 back. A total scam!!
