Always great working with Hastings, particularly the Rotherhithe office. I have been with them for almost 2 years now.
Abel. Andrew, Stevie and Louise have made it an extremely smooth and efficient process to handle moving in/out and any issues regarding the property. Very grateful for all of their help, cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend.

We have so far dealt with one of their agents called Emmanuel. To be honest cannot fault this guy. He was professional at all times. It was clearly visible that he was helpful and wanted to assist us.

Got back to us with answers to all our questions and followed up frequently also. Cannot ask for more from agent who is representing you. Overall Hastings seem to be one of the agencies we would recommend.

Not like any of the other we had to unfortunately deal with...to say the least. Keep it up Hastings. Looking forward to hearing from you regarding other properties that will match our search criteria. Many thanks.

Emmanuel was waiting for me as I arrived at the viewing. He was attentive and immediately friendly. The viewing was very positive from my pov and I hope to come back for a second viewing with my daughter(s). He gained answers to all my ongoing questions and emailed them without further prompting.

She is always responsive and helpful and on hand to take my calls.

Hastings Internal have managed my property in London for the past almost 10 years. We are most satisfied with their service as they have managed the property extremely well in a timely and cost effective manner which is a great help considering I reside abroad and need a hassle free service. In particular I would like to make a specific mention of Kay Kendall, Renewals Negotiator at Hastings who has managed several rent negotiations over this period in a very sensitive manner ensuring that both the tenant and the landlord are happy and it is a win win for both. Hastings International in London is the most horrendous estate agent I have ever used. They entice Asian landlords with 0 fee first year but put tenants in the flat which default on rent & kept saying the rent arrears will be cleared but never cleared. No updates until asked. Very slow, does not care abt landlords' plight and be prepared to lose a lot of money if you use them. Dealt with many agents they are absolutely the worst!
