Great experience! The agent was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had.

Very Unprofessional, Rude. When I was set a move in date, they did not arrange for a cleaning to be done. They don't have any sort of communication with each other and calls me at work and bothers me.

They are very unorganized and I hate working with them.

They will rent you a flat with broken furnitures, broken lights and dog pees and poos on the balcony, they will also ignore your requests for fixing such issues, or they will say they will fix the issues but they never done. Worst experience, cannot believe this is how they treat their customers.

Hastings has managed the let of our apartment for more than a decade now. The client vetting has been commendable; they have dealt with the (few) problems arising; they have dealt professionally with all matters relating to services (tax, gas, electricity, etc); and have (to my knowledge, at least) established good working relations with our tenants. This has all been of great benefit as we live abroad.

We have a rental agreement managed by Hastings in the Borough branch. So far they have been very helpful and professional, Kay and Louise are very quick to respond to any issue or questions we have had, e.g. replacing faulty equipment within day, so over all really good feedback to give for the team there.

I have been with Hasting since 2014.

Recently my tenancy was up for renewal. Kay Kendall was the agent in charge of my unit. As usual, she was prompt in the negotiation on my behalf.

Truth be told, I gave her a free hand in the negotiation as I wanted to be considerate to my tenant and give Kay the space to consider my tenant's views.

The end result, Kay delivered beyond my expectations and I believed that it was a win-win situation for my tenant too. :)
