Absolute fraud

Absolute fraud! These are the least supportive bras I have ever seen, they are cheap and flimsy and in no way orthopedic. When I tried to return them, I received sketchy emails saying they would TRY to process a return if I sent them to an address in Shanghai China. Total rip off!

Rip off company

Rip off company. Advertises refunds if return w/in 30 days but neglect to mention customer pays for shipping OVERSEAS! Offered $5 then $6 refund plus $40 credit for another product instead of return and I can keep the item. Total scam company.

Ordered Pretty Bras

I ordered two bras and they were soft, very pretty, had nice wide shoulder straps, and desiigned to have great air flow in their design to reduce sweating. The size I ordered was a little small for me, so I asked for return and refund information. Customer service was very responsive and worked with me and I can say that I am 100% satisfied.

UNACCEPTABLE REFUND EXPERIENCE

This was the worst return experience I have had while shoping on the internet. I requested a formal refund for a product I received that was poor quality and not worth the purchase price. Their first response was keep the product and we will credit your account $6. I refused and they came back with $7 and then $8 referencing their overhead which was not my concern. The purchase was only $60 but it is my $60. I highly recommend NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING!

THIS IS A SCAM!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a complete scam. I think any of the positive reviews were probably written by people who work in the company. Pay attention to the negative reviews because they make it impossible for you to get your money back.

I am so pleased with the quality of the…

I am so pleased with the quality of the bras I bought from HATMEO recently. The item arrived by post very quickly, in just a few days. Their helpful emails informed me on how to track the package.
The service and product quality were excellent and I will shop with this company again

Customer service was exceptional!

I ordered one bra from the Hatmeo website, before almost immediately realizing I could buy the same Hatmeo bra on Amazon for much less. Within minutes of placing the order, I emailed the company asking them to cancel it. They responded within a few hours and offered me a $3 discount. I responded by thanking them for their offer, but asking them again to cancel the order, which they politely did. They also gave me a substantial coupon for a future order. Their customer service was very prompt, polite and kind. I haven't yet ordered the bra from Amazon, but I plan to (I was waiting for a resolution to the Hatmeo order), so I can't comment on the bra itself.

I ordered 2 bras from Hatmeo

I ordered 2 bras from Hatmeo. The bras that I ordered were supposed to be beige color. They bait and switched peach/apricot colored bras. I tried to return them but I needed to file international paperwork with the Post Office AND the price to return was $20+. I contacted Hatmeo to send me a return label so that I could send them back. Nothing!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts

I ordered 2 sweatshirts, and the size was too big (2X).
The program for replacement was a little laborious but more than fair. They gave me a discount on the replacements and had me keep the original shipment.
I will be doing additional business with the company mainly due to quick response and product quality.

Very disappointing. Please read before buying.

I ordered two bras, they are nice material but didn’t fit. I wanted to return them and was first told that I could get a good deal if I first wrote a positive feedback report, which I said I couldn’t do. I was then told that it would be too expensive for me to return the products to Shanghai (at my own expense), despite having being charged $4.99 for product return insurance as an extra mandatory cost. I had assumed this was to cover returns but was told it was to cover losses on those products that people felt like returning. I note another similar report on this site - I too was offered $US7 in lieu. It does make me concerned about the veracity of some of the positive reports here. I am very disappointed as the product looked good and promised so much.

I ordered two bras for $60

I ordered two bras for $60. The fit is horrible. I requested info on how to return and was advised by customer service that it is too much trouble and they would give me a $5 refund. I said this was not acceptable and they offered me $7. This company should be ashamed of their practices.

Hatmeo worked with me and the results turned out perfect!

I can't say enough about my shopping experiences with Hatmeo. Nice quality, low prices, and great communication. I had some sizing issues and not only did they send out new items, but they let me keep the original order. Who does that? Their response time is quick when you email them. I highly recommend them for a great shopping experience!

I ordered one of their satisfaction…

I ordered one of their satisfaction guaranteed bras. I was very dissatisfied with the quality and lack of support. I contacted their customer service department to start a return. The bra was $29.98 plus $9.99 to ship. They are offering me $4 to keep the bra (which I don’t feel the bra is worth). They are telling me that I have to pay shipping overseas (when the return address says New York). I WOULD NOT WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!

RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I cannot believe that Amazon supports this company on their platform. Their bras do not fit and are cheaply put together. I was actually going to return the bras, but the lies and misinformation from the company made me angry. A zip code/postal code that does not exist for DHL is provided as part of the shipping address. Don't waste your money.
