Martin and his lady assistant made my trip to hillingdon hospital trouble free. They were kind enough to let me accompany my 92 mum to her appointment. Both were pleasant and very helpful to mum who's a bit wobbly on her feet. We had the same crew on the way home. Excellent experience.

David (aka Jimmy) & Courtney collected my friend Katrina who is bed bound. They got her from her bed to the transport with ease & she arrived on time to her appointment. Coming home we had Courtney, our designated driver & Trevor, o my, what a cheerful and funny duo. Again, they secured my friend safely into the transport & with Courtneys expert driving skills through the back streets of south London,got her home in the rush hour safe & sound with Trevor
providing the banter in with us in the truck. What a team. Definately will use Patient Transport again.

I was picked up from home by a very nice and pleasant driver Jason and got to the hospital in time for my appointment at 9am.Very professional all the way.

Jason picked me up this morning, 2.10.25 he kindly got me a wheelchair into the ambulance and a wheelchair going to the transport lounge at SGH.

Very polite and helpful.

Even though long wait from hospital back to our residential homes but the staff generally very kind polite and helpfull they make us so relax and comfortable taking the pressure out from the long wait.. ..

Jason and Patricia gave us excellent service when getting to St Mary's hospital and getting back home. They were very helpful.

On time, very friendly and felt safe through the journey

I would like to thank Shaq, Jayson and Erroll, all working as FREC3s with the HATS transportation team, for being incredibly supportive, helpful, and always showing great interpersonal skills throughout my journeys.

A special mention goes to Shaq, who went the extra mile to make sure I was back home on time to meet my two little men from nursery and reception. His dedication and care really stood out and made a huge difference to me.

Shaq, Jayson and Erroll are truly an asset to the HATS team in their FREC3 roles, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide.

I use hats transport quite often and my experience has been extremely prompt Kevin williams and Michelle Spencer from Lewisham were very accomodating and made me laugh great service and they are both a great asset to your company. Could you please keep me informed of this feedback?

I had the pleasure of speaking with Millie who was kind, caring and very professional, Millie assisted me with getting transport for my elderly father. Millie walked me through the process and called me back to confirm arrangements and adjust arrangements that were made, she also contacted me the day before the appointment to check if everything was ok and confirm the appointment.

Emma and Jo brought my elderly father, who is unable to walk and has dementia, back home from an overnight hospital emetgency stay where he hadn't slept all. However, they were so friendly, caring and got him back into the house and his bed, usually a stressful and long winded mission, so swiftly and without fuss. He artived home in good spirits and was joking with them throughout. Absolute legends. Really impressed and hugely appreciated.

I work in a rehabilitation facility where i do transfer our residents to acute hospital for appointments. It’s most often tough with the return as I always wait not less than 2hrs for the resident to be picked up. These are mostly ventilated residents with few complications. This time around hats ambulance team waited for me and my patient. They made arrangements to be covered so they could send me and young residents back on time. First time ever in my 2yrs nursing career in UK. I’m really impressed with the work done by Errol and Jayson (hats team). I wish to see more of this spirit frequently.

This is the second time I’ve felt I really wanted to acknowledge two of your drivers. I have been having so many trips back and forth to hospital in recent weeks, all of them facilitated by HATS.
I’m always grateful for the service but even more so when the journey is filled with laughter and the hospital appointment a lot less depressing.
David and Elvis were absolutely brilliant!
It was such a pleasant journey and the care and consideration I received made me feel so well looked after.

I am pleased to write this review on HATS.....I cannot recommend them highly enough...courteous, helpful and excellent driving skills. Today, my driver Agii A. phoned and said he'd be arriving at 0830...he did!!! Helped me into the ambulance and explained he had 5 others to collect. After ensuring I was safely belted, he proceeded to the next...we arrived at our appointment in Southall Medical centre in good time to use the facilities before starting our appointments. I was lucky enough to have him on my homeward journey. I would also like to thank the Transport Coordinator for keeping us informed and confirming the next journey...well done to all. Much appreciate your efforts.
