My order was lost by the NZ Post (Covid I guess).
I contacted the customer service and they offered to send me a new hat, free of charge.
I will definitely reorder from them knowing that they take care of their customers like this.

New Era black hats - Patchy fading - Bad product
In 2018, I ordered 2 New England Patriots 39Thirty Black On Black Flexfit - New Era hats from Hatstoreworld. Service and delivery were fine. The problem is with the product.
I wore both hats for a few hours every day for approximately 3 months. The black color faded in patches, and the hats look really bad. I tried to improve the faded spots with a black Sharpie. That did not work.
Because of this fading, I am not inclined to buy a New Era hat again. I informed Hatstoreworld about the problem after 1 year and 4 years (when I wore the second hat). They did not stand behind the product.

The kind of issue you noted is to be considered as common wear. Especially if it is around 4 years old.

A great tip that we've seen and heard of is to apply some black shoe polish for textile shoes. Hope this can help you out.

Aziz is the man!!!
I ordered a few hats, one came wrong... I got in touch with Aziz in customer service and found out that the hat I was looking for had the wrong description on it (adult rather than youth hat). Aziz gave me a few options, including a refund or picking another hat, he went as far as providing me links to hats he thought Id like... Sure enough, one of his picks was it! Im waiting now for the right hat, and even got to keep the wrong hat!
I was hesitant at first to order from around the world, but Aziz was great at taking care of the mix up and fun to chat with too! As someone who spends way too much money on hats every year, Ill certainly be ordering here again!

Item delivery delayed due to being hold up by Singapore Cuatoms.
I realised that there was no update for a few days from my mail tracking. So i made an enquiry to the sender. She promptly replied me that my item was held by Singapore customs for a few weeks.
But nevertheless she made an effort to investigate and was prompt in her reply.
