HatStore has been Incredible
The customer service and experience I received from them has been nothing short of incredible. They contacted me about my design being too detailed, worked with me on how to flesh out the design and then showed me the finished product before shipping.
Then when my hat arrived it was too big so they gave me a helping hand in ordering a new one. It's been fantastic.

FAKE GOOD REVIEWS
Ordered a hat literally almost a month ago. Horrible communication and it seems they are drowning out the real and honest review with fake ones.
I will be opening an investigation with my bank and counting the charge as fraudulent, as product has never been received.

I’m very unhappy with placing an order with this company. They don’t send me updates like they say they will by email or by my phone number. The update I got was it’s shipped in some other country and the virus has them backed up. I’ve ordered things from all over the country and received them but not the hat !!!!!
