I put my home on the market and I was…

I put my home on the market and I was expecting good results after being promised. I've had one viewing and the agent turned up late so I had to show them my home, very disappointed this was some months a go and know viewing since then since this time has passed I've decided to take my home off of there market but now there insisting I have to pay them for a service that I feel I never received. So I wouldn't recommend this company in any way just be careful who you trust to sell your home and definitely do not use Bernards from Havant march
