Contacted hayes about a serious data breach, had all the required evidence to show the nature of the breach and was turned down and told there wasnt a claim despite 2 letters being sent to the wrong address disclosing my location and another going to another address.

They didn't even realise that some of the letters made it through until I told them so. That's how thoroughly they looked over my case

The excuse I got was because the other party hadn't acted on the information it would be hard to claim.
