They have a construction company owner as their client, who they pretend is the renter. In reality, they rent out to a crowd of people.
To do that, they alter the structural, electrical, plumbing, and gas in your home making it dangerous.
They then do not allow you access to your property for almost a year. They refused to send Section 21 to the tenant so that they could keep making profits from this set up. They refuse to respond at all to your messages!
Not a penny of the deposit returned! The house has illegal walls, wiring, gas piping that needs to be removed, after they shabbily installed it. Thousands of pounds of losses! Sam says it was deemed in my karma to go through this, that is why they put me through this!
