I prefer to book locally through a travel agent like Hays in Alexandria. Angela was very helpful when booking my trip. She is very knowledgeable and carefully explained everything. I know that if have any questions or issues, I can pop in and discuss with her or any of the team. Highly satisfied with the service I have received.

Monica was welcoming but I did feel other staff were less interested when I walked in.

We are always welcomed with a lovely presence and very helpful and made to feel very happy and comfortable and the help we receive when looking to book a holiday is fantastic, all the information we need from start to finish it makes you feel that they have your best interests at heart and the service is always brilliant where kept up to date with messages from the moment we leave the travel agency about information on flying, money/currency and to how good your holiday was, I wouldn't go anywhere else
