As manager, Angela ensures her staff are trained well. She is friendly and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble for her to ensure your holiday is what you want it to be. I have booked 2 holidays for next year with her and can recommend going to Hays for all your travel needs.

Very helpful with arranging our book. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to our needs and listens to our requirements. Gave us good advice about the resort and exchanging currency.

The agent knew exactly what I wanted to book and she was extremely helpful. She also recommended we look at the passes for the various attractions before we go (this will save us money). She also checked if there were buses/trains/taxis for our transfer from the airport to the hotel and gave us lots of information regarding this.
