Alexis made our big booking feel pretty much stress-free, and the communication with her was so good that I felt like I had a little travel angel by my side! I never felt pressured at all to book something more (like other agents have done in the past), as Alexis just went with what we wanted whilst making suggestions only where it was really helpful and necessary. She makes sure everything goes smoothly and provides reassurance where it’s needed, as we all know planning holidays can be a bit stressful!
