Unfortunately the whole experience was…
Unfortunately the whole experience was not the best. The young girl didn’t seem to really know what she was doing and didn’t instil any confidence in me. She did query the price when I suggested that I would go home and book it online. Her conversation was muddled and repetitive. Thanks to intervention from a more senior member of staff I was offered the holiday at the same price as online.
Due to general lack of confidence I would suggest more customer service training and not to be sat at the front so she is the first person to make eye contact with the customer.

Very succesful and satisfying

We were delighted that she was able to book our proposed holiday in Madeira at the right time and even suggested a hotel with parking at Stansted as well.
