Sold airline flights that does not exist.!
I was sold British Airways flights £308. to Malaga and back to Cardiff Airport. At no time was I informed that these flights were using Vueling Airways at £138.
On having a meeting with the Manager on the 21St. I was informed that nothing could be done to rectify the extra cost.
