Danielle was great help. Booked our cruise & hotel stay.

Would like more info on our trip though as we are not frequent travelers ( and Daniele was going on her own holiday at weekend.
Felt let down , when we had to deal with a new recruit who didn’t get much help from other staff as Daniele was busy with long booking for another client.
Recruit wasn’t confident , her training lacking , little support from other lady within office .

Immediate understanding of what we needed. A wide range of options offered. We are awkward customers, we're not always in the same price range, this time, low, and yet off we go.

The staff were very knowledgeable about all our needs and carried out our booking professionally
