Efficient booking process for two holidays .

Kelsey helped me and a friend to book two very different holidays, understanding that we wanted to book separately whilst ensuring we both got a place on the same trip.

The staff were very helpful i think the lady I asked to sort out the flight for me was called Kelsey she was brilliant she booked everything for me I'd definitely book through hays again couldn't fault them at all

Lucie was very welcoming, We had been thinking about a cruise. We told Lucie what we wanted with a rough time when we wanted to go and being a group booking we needed it broken up into 3 bookings in 1 and all wanted to be next to each other.

Lucie had 2 different cruises in mind and spoke in depth about both and checked availability of us all being located next to one another on the dates we were after. Lucie was very patient with answering all our questions and found us exactly what we needed.

We will definitely go into Hays in the future and will be dealing with Lucie.
