Always a pleasure to deal with Hay’s
Having used Hay’s the last few years, it was a no-brainer to return for prices for another river cruise, with Avalon, a 5 star company, whom we travelled with recently for our first ever river cruise. We were attended to very efficiently by Ellena, who was extremely pleasant, and for whom nothing was too much trouble. She tried every option we asked for until we got exactly what we were looking for. No hesitation in booking for 2027!! Thanks again, Hay’s, and Ellena.

Great service in Broughty Ferry branch
Went into Broughty Ferry branch at 3.45 on bank holiday Monday (they closed at 4pm) to ask about the Ambition cruise out of Dundee. There was only 1 ocean view cabin left (no suites or balcony) so they pulled out all the stops to book the cabin for us. Great service!
