Wonderfully helpful team at Budleigh Salterton HaysTravel. Went in on a Saturday and they needed to seek advice from another office and after waiting on a call for some time discovered it isn’t manned on a Saturday. A little frustrating but didn’t distract from the service I received.

I was very impressed with the service
I was very impressed with the service I received from this travel agency. From the start, they rang me to follow up on my enquiry, which I really appreciated.
When I went into the shop, the agent was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go through everything with me. It wasn’t a simple booking, but she was patient, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered.
They also matched the TUI price, which was fantastic, and the whole process was handled very efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.

She booked our holiday very quickly and smoothly, she also had to contact TUI to change our dates .
