Gemma at the Caerphilly branch was excellent, very patient and professional with us as we were not sure where we wanted to go. We finally booked a holiday in Praia De Rocha in Portugal.
Gemma is now putting a package together for hopefully a holliday to Venice on the Orient express for our 50th wedding anniversary next year.

What a Welcome
As soon as we walked in the shop, we were maid welcome by Bailey, he booked our last holiday. We told him what we were looking for, and that was that, he took over, next thing he said everything is done, come in two weeks before and I will print off your tickets etc, nothing is to much trouble, I will be going back for the next holiday.

We booked our holiday with Bailey in Hays Caerphilly. We found him to be very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Even after we booked our holiday and phoned up with query, he was only to happy to sort it out for us We also noticed the other staff were friendly, while we were in the shop as well
