Booked our honeymoon!
I messaged Hays Chapeltown through the week regarding an offer I’d seen on facebook. Decided to call in yesterday to discuss and book it, and Keeley and the other ladies in the office were lovely! Made us feel so welcome, and after booking our honeymoon they congratulated us with a glass of prosecco! Made it feel all that bit more special, thankyou so much - we cant wait to fly!

After having our holiday cancelled the day before we was due to fly we thought that we would not be going anywhere.
Called into Hays Travel and Vicky sorted out with a holiday for the next day.
vicky was realy and sorted everything out for us during this stressfull time.

Found the holiday we wanted. Joe dealt with us from start to finnish. Very helpful and professional. Had a major hiccup along the way but Joe managed to get round it and booked and looking forward to our holiday.

Great service from Vicky
Vicky had already got details set up in the system for the holiday I was looking for, she had previously sent me the details after I saw it advertised on your web page. Vicky was very helpful, friendly and was able to price match the holiday . So instead of a 87 day trip we decided to go for 10 days, what a bargain .
All the team at this branch were very friendly , will deffiantly use you again .
