Both efficient and friendly service…
Both efficient and friendly service when booking our holiday to Portugal. Accommodation seen by us online but would rather Christchurch branch sort for us. Booked hotel, alrline seats and taxi transfer all sorted by Kayla within 15 minutes or so. Thank you Hays Travel for making it so simple for us.

I felt very welcome when walking into branch.
I felt heard regarding all my concerns with booking my first ever holiday.
The lady was very informative, understanding and patient.
All my needs as a mum with a neurodiverse and coeliac child were met.
