Evie conducted herself in a very professional manner, we advised her what type of holiday we were looking for and she offered three options for holidays around the world. She outlined the highs and lows of each option which was great and her knowledge of the hotels and resorts was very good. Once we chose what we wanted we discussed payment options which was great then she offered the holiday insurance again she outlined the importance of having good insurance and we purchased the insurance straight away too. Furthermore we discussed the currency that we would need and that was ordered too. It was a one stop shop, we got everything we needed, no pressure just a first class professional local service delivered by a true travel professional for Hayes Travel. Thank you for making the booking so enjoyable.
