The staff help and assistance you get at Hays in Cookstown is second to none absolutely excellent and run efficiently
Only problem I have is with the holiday insurance company
I was away in November cost 37 pounds if I remember for a week which was fine no problem with that
I go away this Saturday for 10 days cost me 87 pounds how or why the big hike ?? Wasn't amused
Nothing at all to do with the brilliant staff . Thank you

Emma informs us of everything we need to know and do before our holiday and is always on the end of the phone for when we need to add or change something on nothing is 2 much for her.
