Thoughtful advice told 'like it is'not merely emphasising the good elements of a holiday but also the not so good such as flights arriving at destinations late at night. Advisor was enthusiastic,efficient and very quick, clearly well versed with systems and offered holidays which were very much geared to our requirements. You walked out of the door, satisfied you have the best destination for the best price.

My enquiry was dealt with by Celeste in the Doncaster branch and Hannah at Vista. I was backwards and forwards asking for changes to be made to the quotes provided and these were always dealt with with a smile.
