The lady who booked my holiday for me…
The lady who booked my holiday for me listened to what I wanted. When she looked for that holiday, the dates I wanted weren't available, so she found the nearest dates to them and asked me if they would be ok. When I agreed, she was able to complete my booking quickly.

Great experience in all
Great experience in all, gave dates a rough idea where we wanted to travel to whether by cruise or a land holiday we wasn’t sure and sara looked at loads of different hotels and gave plenty of advice, has my husband and I wanted slightly different things so we decided on a cruise in the end and will get to see 3 destinations that we both wanted to experience! so win win lol! a little over the budget we had in mind, but I’m sure it will be worth it, sara had the time and the patience we needed to find us the perfect holiday thank you Sara I’m extremely excited already 😄

Client facing service is superb but no response to email queries
The service in the shop was superb, couldn’t fault it. The representative listened to our requirements, found something within budget and was incredibly helpful in booking our holiday. However, despite giving me a card and inviting me to make contact should I have any queries, no one has taken the time to reply to an email query that I sent following booking in store. I sent a further email a week later to enquire again, but no response at all. This is disappointing, especially given that we had such a good experience in the shop.

Dream honeymoon booked!
Today me and my Fiancé booked our honeymoon with Mia’s help. She was amazing and very patient with us, as we kept changing our minds on where we wanted but we have now got an amazing holiday planned in two different countries with all connecting flights and hotels booked via Mia!
