Lorna the assistant in Eastjilbride shop
Was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs making the whole process of booking stress free
She answered all the q questions we raised guided us through the whole process and gave explanations in detail on everything that we required very professional thoughtful polite and could not have made our visit to book our holiday any more pleasant
