Very helpful service nothing to much trouble

There is nothing better than going into a travel agents to book a holiday. I have been using Hays (and before that, Thomas Cook) for many years. We ALWAYS receive top service and they always give us the best deal. The staff are uber friendly and always have a great knowledge of the places we want to visit. Highly recommended.

Went into Hays in Ely with my friend to book another holiday. We were greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff as always. Simon found us what we were looking for .We have recommend the to people we know who have now booked holidays with them now.
You are all a credit to the company.

Megan the young lady we dealt with was very curteous and helpful regarding our booking. Her friendly demeanour made the experience pleasant for us. Her quick and efficient juggling of our seating on plane and hotel requirements were impressive.

I knew what I wanted in terms of a tour, and Sharon Rankine, thanks to years of experience, found it for me withing minutes. So helpful, and so much better than trying to do it myself on-line.

Your representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we asked. We came away feeling that all we have to do now is wait for the cruise to come round which is next year but if we have any queries in the meantime we will get answers to them.

Once again, Kelly took her time to find us just the right vacation for us.

Very attentive in trying to get the best deal possible for my trip

Sharon was very knowledgeable for our booking. Helping us with options and explaining anything we were not sure about.
Helped us pick a cabin and ensured we got 2 cabins together.

Staff member was well experienced in the area we were looking to go to which was excellent.

We booked a family holiday a party of 23. This was not an easy task. Simon, Sharon and Kelly were fantastic. Thank you so much for all your help. Very professional service.
